Yummy Yoga & Brunch Event

Join us for a nourishing start into your day with a Yoga session followed by a yummy brunch and the opportunity to give back to charity:
Start at 8.00 am with Mindful Yoga:
A heart opening, slow flow including Meditation and Pranayama. Start the day with fresh energy and a clear mind.
From 9.15/9.30 am:
Nourish your body and soul with a brunch buffet at Holiday:
- Coffee or tea of your choice
- Fresh juice
- Grazing brunch platters
- Coconut yogurt and granola
Feel free to hang out and socialize with new friends and enjoy the day!
